Key Qualifications

• Active and valid license to practice law in the State of Texas
• Minimum 6 years of plaintiff personal injury experience required
• Proven experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, mediation, negotiations, and courtroom advocacy
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality results
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity
• Desire to advocate for injured clients across Austin and surrounding communities
