Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Russellville, AR, requiring a minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience.

Details

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a 170-bed, Joint Commission Accredited facility with an Accredited Chest Pain Center and AHA Stroke Program
• Level 3 trauma facility serving the Arkansas River Valley community
• Cath Lab unit with 5–6 beds and a 1:1 patient ratio
• Patient population includes all ages
• Equipment includes vital signs monitors, airway equipment, and IV pumps
• Meditech EHR system in use
• Day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• On-call is required — minimum 12 days per month; details to be discussed with the director
• May be asked to assist in the pre-op/holding room area

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• AHA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
• Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate

• Scrubs are provided
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible for this position
• Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible for this position
