The organization is committed to building long-term relationships with both clients and team members. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Remote Insurance Agent role based in Seabeck, WA. The Remote Insurance Agent will consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs-based assessments, presenting insurance solutions, preparing quotes, and processing applications and policy changes. The agent will manage inbound and outbound communications, maintain accurate client records, and follow up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy retention. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales goals, staying current on product offerings and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with colleagues and management to improve processes and client outcomes. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively present, explain, and enroll clients in suitable coverage options. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to navigate multiple carriers, compare plans, and support clients in making sound financial decisions. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships. Relevant experience in life, health, or supplemental insurance is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic insurance regulations and compliance. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in clear, accessible terms. Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and remote communication platforms to manage client interactions and documentation. Proven ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
