Essential Duties of the Bilingual Leasing Consultant: Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects GREAT commission opportunities Verify application and process paperwork Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service Assist the property manager and leasing manager as needed Required Skills and Experience of the Bilingual Leasing Consultant: Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; Strong sales and leasing skills Excellent customer service skills Must be willing to go above and beyond Great attitude flexibility, and professional presentation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED Benefits of the Bilingual Leasing Consultant: Competitive pay Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO policy!
