Employment: Physicians/Providers Pay: $240,000.00 - $260,000.00 per Year Department: Physicians/Providers Experience: Intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice full-spectrum, outpatient Family Medicine
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:

• Education Requirements: MD or DO BC/BE in specialty
