The incumbent will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). Honeywell's comprehensive portfolio in process control, monitoring, and safety systems and instrumentation provides optimized operations and maintenance efficiencies to meet diverse automation needs.In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence by providing expert maintenance, configuration, and upgrade services for Honeywell control systems, ensuring seamless system performance and driving business growth through technical expertise and customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPeriodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issuesProvide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiriesConfigure, maintain and solve Honeywell hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as LCN, TPSUpgrade Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customer's industrial processMigrate Legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell's new technology offeringComplex SPOT and Project Scoping & Execution.Focal Point for Honeywell with the customer on providing technical solutionsUnderstand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing timely research and recommendationsAssist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of Honeywell to end-users, and competitorsLearn the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutionsUse technical expertise of sophisticated Honeywell solutions/product offerings to improve customer experienceA Company vehicle will be provided to travel to company sitesDue to the nature of this discipline, on occasion, maybe required to work off-hours, on weekends, and/or holidaysQualificationsYOU MUST HAVE5+ years of experience in field service engineeringMust have and maintain at least one L4 CEAT certification and additional L3 certifications (for internal candidates) or able to get in 1 year (for External candidates)Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to HoneywellWillingness and ability to travel 75% of timeWE VALUEBachelor's degree in a technical/Engineering fieldExperience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, Safety System (FSC/SM), Advanced Applications (PHD etc.), HMI, SCADA, PLC's, PC/Networking.3rd Party controls experienceExperience in Virtualization hardware/software, setup and network configurationBe self-motivated and willing to work in demanding environments with little or no supervision and take initiative to be proactive.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
