Assistant Store Manager – Spencer’s Hourly compensation ranges from $18.90 to $19.15, dependent on qualifications and experience. Job Responsibilities Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and reducing shrinkage. Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies. Support the Store Manager in all tasks related to overall store operations and maintaining high guest service levels. Requirements Minimum age 18. Prior retail or management experience required. Physical demands: standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per shift. Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
