Onsite Residential Construction Manager
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
AlphaX RE Capital, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a Construction Manager (Community) to lead residential construction across assigned communities. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time turnover. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in residential construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
