Warehouse Associate / Palletizer
Location: Midlothian, TX
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $17.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: $18.25/hour
Snelling Staffing is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates / Palletizers for immediate openings with a growing manufacturing facility in Midlothian, TX . Available Shifts
1st Shift
- 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- $17.00/hour
3rd Shift
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- $18.25/hour
Schedule
This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule , providing a predictable work pattern:
- Work 2 days
- Off 2 days
- Work 3 days
- Repeat
Additional Schedule Information:
- Required to work every other weekend
- Overtime available based on production needs
Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in keeping production and shipping operations running efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:
- Palletizing finished products according to company standards
- Stacking, wrapping, labeling, and preparing pallets for shipment
- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
- Moving products throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all company safety policies and quality procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as assigned
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or palletizing experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to work overtime and every other weekend as scheduled
