Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the unique needs and treatment goals of each client, ensuring personalized care plans.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and social services to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical incidents to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction patterns, recovery pathways, and available community resources to enhance support systems.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for streamlined tracking.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay current with advancements in addiction treatment.

• Follow research best practices and continually update therapeutic methodologies to improve clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, including both adolescents and adults. You will work with clients who are often facing complex personal and social challenges, which may include co-occurring mental health disorders, familial issues, and varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
