Job Description
Job Description
- Greet players and visitors. Explain the membership options. Give tours of the facility.
-Use Court Reserve software to check in players, make court reservations, manage events, sign up new members, resolve billing issues.
- Use Point of Sale and Paddle Demo programs to promote merchandise.
- Light cleaning of Clubhouse & kitchen area, keep restrooms stocked with paper supplies. Courts: stock with balls, blow off courts as needed.
- May be required to OPEN or CLOSE the facility and perform associated tasks.
