Promotive is seeking an Automotive Shop Manager to lead a high-volume, modern repair facility. In this on-site role, you’ll own day-to-day operations, team leadership, and financial performance while delivering a top-tier customer experience. You’ll manage technician scheduling, workflow, parts and inventory, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This role includes base pay around $108K plus free housing, enabling you to focus on building an efficient, data-driven shop. You’ll collaborate with leadership to track KPIs, refine processes, and continually improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
