Lead Teacher – Preschool The Malvern School is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Preschool classroom. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday. Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education whose general duties will be as follows. Responsibilities Plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy. Maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class. Communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and one year of experience with children. Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and two years of experience with children. Associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and three years of experience with children.
