Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Learn each customer’s needs through a professional, consultative sales approach. Demonstrate new and pre‑owned vehicles, features, and technology. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Guide customers through the purchase process from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM. Follow up after the sale to ensure an exceptional ownership experience. Continue developing your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training. Work closely with dealership leadership to achieve individual and team goals. What We're Looking For Automotive sales experience or successful sales experience in another industry. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Coachable and eager to learn. Organized with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to work Saturdays. Valid's driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ready to Join Our Team?
