\nClinic Hours\n
\nMonday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM\n
\nWeekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n
\n
\nPractice Environment\n
\nOutpatient urgent care setting\n
\nTreating patients ages 6 months through adults\n
\nEMR: Experity\n
\nOn-site services include:\n
\nCLIA-approved lab\n
\nDigital X-ray\n
\nAdditional provider support added as patient volume increases\n
\nFocus on episodic care, physicals, diagnostics, and minor procedures\n
\n
\nClinical Responsibilities\n
\nAcute care visits\n
\nSchool, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals\n
\nVaccinations\n
\nInterpretation of X-rays and lab results\n
\nMinor procedures under local anesthesia\n
\n
\nRequirements\n
\nACLS required\n
\nDEA required\n
\nDOT Certification required or willingness to obtain\n
\nCivil Surgeon designation required or willingness to obtain\n
\nCAQH registration required\n
\nMust be eligible for credentialing with major payors\n
\n
