This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and monitor individualized patient care plans.Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to physicians, nurses, and care teams.Act as primary care coordinator across multiple disciplines for cohesive patient care.Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.Assess discharge needs and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.Adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.Required SkillsMedical-Surgical Registered NurseRN Medical/SurgicalTraveler RN (preferred)Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage high-acuity patients
