What You'll Own and Lead:

Drive strategy, territory growth, and revenue results
Inspire and train canvassing/sales teams to dominate
Oversee operations: safety, quality, and efficiency
Recruit, hire, and train your all-star team
Streamline systems, enforce standards, and boost profitability
Coach and develop managers and crews to outperform
Partner with ownership to align on company vision and goals
Negotiate contracts and drive new business
Lead a servant-leadership culture where everyone thrives

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years in residential roofing leadership
Proven success coaching canvassing teams
Strong sales, negotiation, and team-building skills
KPI-focused with solid reporting/Excel experience
Hands-on leader—comfortable both on the roof and in meetings
Clean driving record and willingness to travel as needed
