GFRC Fabricator (No Experience Needed We Train!)

COST of Wisconsin is hiring a Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) Fabricator. No prior experience? No problemwe provide hands-on training.

What Youll Do
- Create custom concrete products using molds and fiberglass
- Spray and apply GFRC (concrete mix with fiberglass)
- Trim, finish, and inspect completed pieces
- Use hand and power tools
- Work from drawings, templates, and project specs
- Help maintain a clean and safe workspace
What You Need
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Team oriented with attention to detail
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction or manufacturing experience
- Forklift or equipment experience
- Welding, concrete, or fiberglass experience
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 70 lbs. regularly; assistance provided
- Active role--Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Work in a shop/yard environment with moderate noise
