Responsibilities Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs. Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensure the design of functional treatment programs that enable effective return to community activities. Act as an educator for patients, families, students, co‑workers, and self. Perform other professional duties related to patient care, development of therapy services and program delivery. Coordinate treatment programs in collaboration with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources. Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist. Certified CLS or completion of certification within first 90 days of employment.
