Anesthesiologist

The Staff Pad is partnering with a highly respected Ambulatory Surgery Center in Pittsburgh, PA, to hire an experienced, patient-centered Anesthesiologist. The provider will join a dedicated surgical team delivering safe, high-quality general anesthesia care primarily to pediatric and special needs patients. This full-time position offers a favorable schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays. Practice Info Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in general anesthesia dentistry and comprehensive dental care Located in Pittsburgh, PA Fast-paced ASC environment Practice in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment Shift & Schedule Full-Time (3+ days / week) No Call No Weekends or Holidays Qualifications Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire National Board Certification strongly preferred Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care
