Overview

Group 1 Hyundai Southwest Houston is looking for a high-performance sales operator, either an experienced manager or a high-potential leader ready for the next step, who can take control of the floor, create urgency, and drive the new-car team to the number.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a performance role. The team knows the target. The team knows the plan. The floor has pace. Problems get addressed early. Misses get corrected fast. Volume comes first. Customer experience matters. Gross matters. We want someone who can create momentum, not wait for it.

This role oversees sales operations, inventory management, team development, forecasting, and customer satisfaction, partnering with leadership and finance to drive department success.

Responsibilities

• Driving daily new-car volume and holding the team accountable to the number
• Setting salesperson pace, structure, and daily accountability standards
• Overseeing appointments, confirmations, CRM execution, and closing the gap on missed opportunities
• Leading live deal strategy, including desking, closing, and trade execution
• Owning the customer experience and driving CSI performance
• Building and executing recovery plans the moment the team falls behind pace
