Job Details

You'll handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters - acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, and development projects - drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents; running title, survey, and zoning due diligence; and working directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to close deals.

Must Haves:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience handling commercial real estate transactions - acquisitions,

dispositions, leasing, financing, and due diligence.

• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (non-negotiable).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the judgment to manage multiple matters

independently.
