Job Overview Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel RN for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in West Burlington, Iowa. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Traveler will be responsible for self‑studying telemetry strips upon acceptance and completing a basic dysrhythmia test out during the first week of assignment. This test must be passed to work on the ICU‑CCU units. Deliver care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with the healthcare team. Effectively interact with patients, significant others, and team members while maintaining high professional standards. Provide high‑quality care to patient populations including adult cardiac/telemetry, stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring. Estimated 36‑hour work week with the possibility of overtime. Traveler may be placed on call, with a one‑hour response requirement during low census periods. All other weekend rotations and alternate holiday rotations are required. Qualifications BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
