What You'll Do

• Perform waived laboratory tests in a mobile or remote setting, including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation
• Receive and process specimens from phlebotomists and couriers, ensuring specimen integrity
• Operate and troubleshoot lab instruments, maintaining quality control
• Enter patient data and test results accurately into laboratory information systems
• Monitor STAT test boards and ensure timely delivery of results
• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary specimens
• Maintain inventory and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, including handling biological hazards and hazardous materials

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Laboratory Technologist license/certification
• Baseline experience in clinical laboratory testing
• Ability to perform venipuncture and specimen processing
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Preferred:

• Experience with point-of-care testing and mobile laboratory work
• Familiarity with automated laboratory instrumentation
