Job Summary

A temp-to-hire Cashier/Data Entry opportunity is available in Surprise, AZ for a detail-oriented professional with strong cash-handling, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting support skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, reconciling transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional customer service and accurate Data Entry.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
- Reconcile truckers' receivables on a daily basis and ensure account accuracy.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track receivables, enter data, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial records.
- Balance cash, receipts, and accounts according to established procedures.
- Review transactions, identify discrepancies, and assist with resolution.
- Support general accounting, administrative, and customer service duties as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Surprise, AZ.
