Gymnastics Instructor/ Moms Day Out Staff

Job Description

Gray Peak Athletics is looking for energetic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our new Mom’s Day Out program in Westfield!

This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and enjoys creating a fun, active, and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising children ages 3–5
Leading age-appropriate gymnastics, movement, games, crafts, and play
Assisting with check-in, snack time, and bathroom needs
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
Communicating positively with parents and coworkers

Ideal candidates will:

Be at least 18 years old
Have experience working with preschool-aged children
Be patient, enthusiastic, dependable, and safety-focused
Work well as part of a team
Be willing to complete a background check
Hold First Aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain it

This is a part-time weekday position with hours based on the program schedule. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
