Production Associate 2nd shift

Your Role at Batesville: As a Production Associate , you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures. The expected pay for this role is $22.25 to $23.70 per hour with increases after 90 calendar days. Actual compensation within this range may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Be a team player who can work independently. Other duties may be assigned. What You’ll Bring: Ability to work weekends and overtime. Ability to follow Safety Standards and Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. Nice to Haves: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required. Dependable, honest, and quick learner, good communication skills and team player. Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace.
