Now Hiring: Material Handler / Order Picker (Forklift) Location: Union City, CA
Employment Type: Full time (Temp)
Pay Rate: $22/HR: 
Shift:12PM -9PM Monday - Friday

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler / Order Picker who is certified and experienced in operating forklifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate order picking, safe material handling, and warehouse organization to ensure the smooth flow of goods in our facility. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to packing lists and order sheets.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Prepare shipments and assist with loading trucks as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
• Previous experience as a material handler, order picker, or similar warehouse role preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
