Position: Concrete Mixer Driver (CDL A or B)
Location: Buda, TX
Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour
Schedule: Variable schedule based on concrete pour requirements; overtime, nights, and weekends may be required
Scope of Work: Safely and efficiently operate a ready-mix concrete truck supporting the I-35 South Project.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
• Safely transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to active construction sites.
• Load and discharge concrete while maintaining product quality.
• Complete required delivery documentation and reports.
• Perform truck washout and cleanup procedures.
• Attend daily safety meetings.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule based on project needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of ready-mix concrete truck driving experience.
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience operating on active construction sites.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and DOT physical.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) must meet company and DOT standards.
