Product Manager, FPRS Initiatives

Responsibilities Advance the product roadmap. Organize and track initiatives. Ensure accountability for resolving dependencies and risks. Integrate usability research to support customer-driven design. Support end-to-end product development. Monitor product performance and alignment by tracking product-level OKRs. Collaborate with business leaders, change management and cross-functional teams. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field. Proven experience in defining and driving product roadmaps. Integrating customer research. Ensuring compliance with data/AI standards. Strong knowledge of product journey mapping.
