General Job Duties for All Store Team Members Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and provide correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills Perform basic math accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change. Good verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing. Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements. Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen. Navigate delivery area maps and addresses. Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, driving. Must travel between store and delivery vehicle and customers; handle deliveries weighing up to 50 lbs. Operate doors and stairs, and drive within designated area. Requirements Valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards. Access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
