At PM2CM, we value collaboration, innovation, and integrity to achieve excellence in every project we undertake.Position Description:Manage the design and construction process, ensuring that projects are completed within the given timeframes and budgetsCoordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of all project activitiesReview and analyze project documentation, including contracts, plans, and specificationsMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively taking necessary actions to mitigate themPrepare project reports and updates for clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop cost estimates and budgets for projectsEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidanceAssist in the resolution of design and construction issues
