Product Specialist Location: Surprise, AZ Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (DOE) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Product Marketing About the Company Our client is a well-established consumer products manufacturer with a strong presence in North America. The company develops, manufactures, and markets a diverse portfolio of products, including home organization solutions, small appliances, pet products, home goods, and furniture. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Product Specialist to support product development, product marketing, and sales initiatives from concept through launch. Position Summary The Product Specialist will support the identification, development, and commercialization of products based on customer needs, sales objectives, and market opportunities. This position will work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and other internal teams to analyze sales and market data, develop product strategies, coordinate product launches, and support ongoing product line management. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and analytical professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional and cross-cultural environment. Key Responsibilities Support product ideation, innovation, and development from initial concept through production Develop and support product market strategies designed to increase growth and profitability across assigned product lines Coordinate assigned projects to ensure timely product launches and customer-specific executions Conduct POS, financial, sales, and cost analyses to support product and business decisions Analyze internal and external data related to sales performance, market trends, and product information Provide product and market insights to support sales teams Work with creative teams to develop product-related materials for websites, social media, packaging, and other marketing applications Coordinate and manage prototype samples throughout the product development process Ensure prototype type and quality meet required standards Identify potential issues during the development stage and coordinate appropriate solutions Support product line reviews and new product presentations Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams on product development and marketing initiatives Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience 1+ year of experience in product sales, product marketing, or a related field Understanding of basic marketing principles and product development processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, POS, financial, and market data Strong project coordination and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare and deliver presentations Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under strict deadlines Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment Preferred Experience with consumer products or retail products Experience supporting product development or new product launches Knowledge of packaging components and product codes, including UPC and ITF Experience analyzing POS and sales data Experience coordinating with sales, creative, marketing, and product development teams Experience working with global teams What We're Looking For Analytical and detail-oriented professional with an interest in product development and marketing Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through completion Strong organizational and project management capabilities Ability to turn sales and market data into actionable recommendations Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across departments and cultures Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency around business and sales opportunities Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (DOE) Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work across multiple consumer product categories Opportunity to contribute to product development from concept through commercialization Collaborative, cross-functional working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
