Senior Formulation Scientist, Tech Ops – Responsibilities Provide technical support to ensure compliance of core products and enhance quality and manufacturing productivity. Assist in quality performance evaluation of core products and conduct root cause analysis of product issues. Perform raw material review and support the scale-up process of two-piece capsule and powder formulation of dietary supplements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support R&D Tech Ops projects, compliance, and operational excellence (on-site). Report to the Director of Scientific Operations. Qualifications Experience in formulation science, quality systems, and regulatory compliance for dietary supplements or related products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. Experience with scale-up processes for capsule and powder formulations.
