RN - Hospice

Pride Health is hiring a Hospice RN for a 13-week contract assignment in San Marcos, TX.

Responsibilities Include:
• Complete patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing symptom management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary hospice teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospice standards.
• Support patients and families through education, communication, and compassionate care delivery.

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Recent hospice nursing experience required.
• Recent Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required.

Job Details:
• Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work an 8-hour shift anytime between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• On-Call: Required night and weekend on-call coverage
• Pay Rate: $51-$54/hour
• Location: San Marcos, TX
• Start Date: ASAP
