Havis collaborates with partners and customers to provide product information, installation support, updates on industry testing and validation requirements to solve diverse challenges in the field.This position is eligible for a $2,000 hiring bonusResponsibilities:Enter data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets accuratelyPerform basic cycle counts of parts and locations; resolve any variances as necessaryEnsure that all usable parts are properly identifiedDeliver product parts and finished goods safely and accurately to the warehouseTransfer product parts and finished goods to designated picking and bulk warehouse locationsMaintain inventory stocking levels in the product parts and finished good picking locationsEnter and maintain inventory-related data in the ERP and Shop Floor Control softwarePick components/finished goods using work order/sales order dataStage picked items for packing/assemblySelect and pack finished goods as noted on the sales orderInform the Supervisor or Team Lead when there are issues with order fulfillment or product shortagesFollow all department and safety procedures of the facilityMinimum Qualifications:Experience working in a warehouse environment.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.Physical ability to operate pallet jacks and push carts safely.Preferred Qualifications:Forklift certification or experience operating other warehouse equipment.ERP experience, preferredBasic knowledge of data entry in Microsoft Word and ExcelCommunicate effectively and respectfully to all team membersAbility to perform basic mathematical computations and apply them to daily activitiesAbility to understand written and verbal instructions in EnglishAbility to work in a team environment and communicate effectivelyMust possess a strong attention to detailMust be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and ladder-climb for more than 1 hour at a timeAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbsAbility to push-pull a maximum of 1200 lbs. with a manual rolling assistVisual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focusMore about Havis:Headquartered in Warminster, PAISO 9001 and 14001 Certified - Quality Management SystemFast growing company in a niche, growing marketplaceCompany offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefitsGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefitsCompetitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience
