Field Service Technician

divh2Field Service Technician/h2pThe Field Service Technician will be primarily responsible for start-up, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of industrial air compressors and compressed air equipment. The technician will travel to customer sites within the Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas to perform assigned duties./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliInspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and maintain rotary screw/ reciprocating air compressors and various types of air dryers/liliPerform diagnostics and determine causes for failures on air compressor systems equipment/liliPerform routine preventative maintenance such as oil changes, cleaning and setting of factory standard controls. Provide equipment/system recommendations to improve reliability and/or performance/liliConsult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs/liliTechnical assistance on equipment start-ups of equipment/liliComplete appropriate paperwork for each job/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulli3+ years of experience working with compressed air equipment strongly preferred/liliValid drivers license and driving record in good standing/liliAbility to read parts and service manuals, blueprints, schematics, etc./liliAbility to use multimeter, hand and power tools while following safety guidelines/liliAbility to regularly stand, bend, crouch and lift up to 50lbs./li/ul/div
