Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time LTC Therapy Services at Quincy Quincy, MA $45–$50/hour LTC Therapy Services is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Quincy. This is an excellent opportunity to provide individualized care while helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. What You’ll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Provide skilled interventions focused on strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and endurance Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility strategies Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Why Join LTC Therapy Services?
