Job Description

A commercial bakery is hiring Production Bakery Associates to prepare breads and pastries in a fast-paced production environment. You will mix and shape dough, operate bakery equipment, prepare ingredients, and follow food safety standards. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough, pastries, and bakery products according to recipes
• Operate mixers, dough lifters, ovens, and other equipment
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Food Handler Card required
• Full-time availability, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in bakery heat, coolers, and freezers
• Bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required

The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.

The $500 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time external candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days. Current temporary employees converting to the client’s payroll are not eligible.
