Customer Service Representative

Hino Trucks is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our nationwide dealer network from our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Southaven, this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for dealerships by assisting with parts identification, order management, shipment tracking, and customer support. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.What You'll DoDeliver Exceptional Customer SupportServe as the primary point of contact for Hino dealers regarding parts orders, availability, and related inquiriesRespond to customer requests professionally and efficiently via phone and emailResearch and resolve dealer concerns related to parts orders, shipments, and product informationProvide guidance on parts identification and parts catalog navigationSupport Parts Ordering and FulfillmentProcess and manage dealer parts orders accurately and efficientlyAssist with order sourcing and expediting critical customer ordersMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates to dealersInvestigate and resolve order discrepancies when they ariseCoordinate Shipment and Logistics ActivitiesTrack and trace parts shipments as neededWork closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveryHelp identify and resolve shipping-related issues to minimize customer impactContribute to Operational ExcellenceMaintain accurate records and supporting documentationAssist with special projects and process improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support dealer and customer successProvide support to field sales, service, and parts personnel when neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of customer service, call center, logistics, distribution, automotive, or related experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the commercial vehicle, automotive, heavy-duty truck, or parts distribution industryFamiliarity with parts catalogs, inventory management, or order processing systemsExperience supporting dealer networks or business-to-business customersHino Trucks is an E-Verify employer.
