Audit Senior Manager
Gpac has partnered with premier CPA firms across the United States seeking exceptional talent for their teams! We are currently recruiting Audit Senior Managers for various engagements including for-profit, not-for-profit, governmental, and employee benefit plan audits, plus reviews and compilations. Office or hybrid options available!
Job Details:
- Salary: $125,000 - $175,000+ (based on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package & superior work/life balance
- Work Arrangement: In-Office or Hybrid
Qualifications:
- Auditing experience: 8+ years (Preferred)
- CPA (Required)
Senior Audit Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and specialized projects
- Identify and address accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues using professional guidance
- Develop strategic recommendations for operational improvements based on client insights
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff through effective coaching
- Assess engagement performance and optimize internal processes
- Exemplify exceptional team collaboration, positive leadership, and ethical standards
