About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal role in leading and enhancing its multi-site manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic leader, responsible for driving operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This executive will work closely with senior leadership across various functions to execute business strategy and ensure world-class performance. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, continuous improvement through Lean practices, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and compliance. The role also involves financial and strategic execution, with a focus on budget ownership, cost discipline, and ROI-driven decision-making. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a significant background in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of improving performance in a similar environment. Strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, and experience in Lean/Six Sigma are highly valued.
