Contribute to cutting-edge AI development Apply practical professional expertise to model improvement Support the quality and consistency of training data The Role OpenTrain is seeking a Marketing AI Model Evaluation SME to review AI model outputs for marketing tasks, write accurate solutions grounded in real marketing practice, and develop scoring rubrics for brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning work. You will support research and engineering teams by improving the quality and consistency of training data used for foundational AI models. This is an expert-level contractor role for a marketing professional with 8+ years of experience and hands-on experience evaluating LLM or AI outputs. Expert-level marketing subject matter expertise Focus on brand strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing, and campaign reasoning Pay range: $60 to $80 per hour Part-time contractor engagement What You'll Do Evaluate AI model outputs against structured rubrics and provide written feedback on correctness, judgment, and reasoning quality. Design challenging marketing tasks and write well-reasoned solutions grounded in practical marketing experience. Develop and refine evaluation guidelines and scoring rubrics specific to marketing tasks. Collaborate with other subject matter experts to improve consistency and accuracy in training data. Guide research and engineering teams on brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign reasoning tasks. Requirements This role requires deep professional marketing experience and the ability to translate real-world judgment into clear, consistent AI evaluations.
