Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard Fort Smith AR 72916

Schedule: FT Flexible Schedule 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) a month and at least 1 holiday a year.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate speech language voice and swallowing abilities using evidence based assessment tools.

• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs and goals.

• Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.

• Document evaluations treatment sessions and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient centered care.

• Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Education: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.

• Experience: Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.

• Licensure: Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC SLP).

• Certifications: Active CPR certification.

• Skills: Strong communication abilities sound clinical judgment and a commitment to patient success.
