What You'll Do as a Logistics Customer Service Representative:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries, ensuring all needs are addressed with accuracy and speed.
  • Manage the documentation process for incoming and outgoing goods to keep inventory moving smoothly.
  • Coordinate with both internal warehouse teams and external clients to resolve shipping requests and scheduling conflicts.
  • Act as the essential checkpoint for all shipment data to maintain high standards of operational quality.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • 1+ year of previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle professional interactions via phone and email.
  • Strong attention to detail for managing complex data entry and shipping records.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving setting and solve problems quickly to meet deadlines.
