Production Assembly Associate

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Production Assembly Associate to join our expanding manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble industrial products and components, operate various tools and equipment, and help ensure all products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial products and components according to work instructions, specifications, and production requirements.
• Measure, cut, prepare, and fit materials to precise dimensions and quality standards.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
• Read, interpret, and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, shipping preparation, and material handling activities as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related industrial environment is preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic measurements and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and the willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing setting.
