ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to be an entrepreneur while building a career centered on helping people. I'm a graduate of UCM, a proud husband and father of three, and enjoy golfing, working out, and staying involved with my church. Our agency offers a 401(k), health insurance stipend, licensing reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, office outings, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As an Account Associate for Clint Osborn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS
