Job Overview


We're hiring a dependable Yard Hand to join a well-established global company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and operating equipment in a fast-paced yard environment. If you're safety-minded, reliable, and have forklift experience, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe yard
• Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment
• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed
• Follow all safety procedures while working outdoors
• Work closely with team members to keep operations running efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience loading and unloading trucks preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials with team assistance when needed
• Full range of motion, including bending, stooping, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Equipment Used

• Forklift
• Material handling equipment
• Heavy equipment experience is a plus
• May operate trucks within the yard only
