Based in our Chandler office, you will have the direct support of experienced sales executives and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our market presence. What Success Looks Like Your primary goal is to build a robust pipeline by identifying and connecting with potential partners. You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, setting the tone for the value we provide. Day-to-Day: Research and identify prospective automotive dealers who can benefit from our data-driven marketing and inventory solutions. Execute outreach strategies through phone, email, and digital channels to initiate meaningful conversations. Educate prospects on the Lotlinx value proposition and how our machine learning platform improves their vehicle transaction outcomes. Manage your activity data in our CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to our sales executives. Schedule high-quality discovery and closing meetings to move prospects through the sales funnel. Over Time: Gain a deep technical understanding of the automotive retail landscape and how AI improves dealership profitability. Develop expertise in territory planning, allowing you to prioritize outreach effectively. Become a collaborative partner to your sales team, refining messaging and tactics to improve conversion rates. Requirements We are looking for someone with a high degree of persistence and a genuine interest in technology and sales. While we welcome diverse professional backgrounds, the following are essential: Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to listen and articulate complex concepts simply. Proven ability to manage time effectively and balance high-volume outreach with detailed record-keeping. A professional approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn about the automotive industry. Comfort using standard digital tools for collaboration and customer management. Ability to work from our Chandler, AZ office full-time. Nice-to-Haves While not required, any experience in the following areas will help you get up to speed quickly: 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or business development. Familiarity with automotive retail or digital advertising platforms. Experience using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot. Exposure to sales engagement tools like Outreach. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $60,000 per year. Uncapped commission structure based on performance.
