THE DAY-TO-DAY: Customer Service: Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant. Reservations Management: Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special request. Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details. Menu Management: Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition. Cleanliness and Organization: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
